The location was superb, just a few steps away from Grand Itc Permata Hijau. the staff was lovely and wonderful during the entire stay. - the service was excellent. - the breakfast was DELICIOUS.

Comfortable and magnificent location, just a walk down to everywhere. 17 minutes' ride to the airport. Huge and reasonably large room with city views.

Liked the hotel, it was lovely with particularly good location close to residential area of Permata Hijau. Location: the venue was very close to nice restaurants like black steer, 24hrs Food mall & Domino's and the malls nearby too and shops ease of transport. Had tea and goodies at Coffee Cup by Cherie, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

Great location near CBD and shopping district, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment I stayed in was spacious and clean. The internet speed was excellent at 40Mb/sec. The staff, though unable to address all issues, were polite. I recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to a shopping mall and in a residential area, it gave us a true local experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring all our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch with an ironing facility, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable. The hotel also had a range of leisure facilities such as a fitness studio, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and a garden area.

All in all, this place is a great choice for families and friends. We highly recommend it for its excellent location, quality services, and enhanced comfort.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The weekend stay was great! the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice dining and living area. the property looked elegant from the outside and inside. the best aspect was definitely the location, with convenient shops nearby and a supermarket just a short walk away.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the kitchen was not complete, as there was no stove and only a limited number of kitchenware.

We loved the hotel facilities which were in great condition. The hotel was very clean and quiet which was perfect for a relaxing stay. The location in this city was perfect, as it was close to the city centre and many popular shops, making it the most popular choice among other hotels nearby.

Can't fault the hotel facilities, but we had a few issues with the lack of staff in the pool area. there wasn't enough space for car park which can be inconvenient with cars.

I recently spent a few days in a hotel during my city trip and I must say that the location was perfect! It was so close to the highway and the malls, so getting around was easy. Plus, there was a supermarket downstairs which was ideal for grabbing snacks and drinks. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which really made our stay enjoyable.

The room was a bit worn out and the facilities weren't the best, but it was clean and comfortable nonetheless. The shopping mall next door was a bit disappointing, many stores were closed or empty which was a shame.

Despite not being able to patronize the restaurants, we enjoyed the convenience of having it all within arm's reach. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and pleasant views.
